Every year, FONTEGRO UKRAINE CHEF CONGRESS and the Young Chefs Development and Support Fund created by us support young talents. If you are up to 22 years old and you are a sous chef, a cook or a student who dreams of becoming a chef, or you may also be even a chef, you have the opportunity to receive a GRANT allowing you to visit FONTEGRO UKRAINE CHEF CONGRESS 2018.

5 grants with 100% refund of the ticket price (free of charge)

20 grants with 50% refund of the ticket price (you pay only 50%)

Сцена в конгресс-холле оборудована как профессиональная ресторанная кухня. 2 дня шеф-повара и спикеры выступают перед участниками с докладами и мастер-классами. Каждый шеф рассказывает о своей философии, ресторане, о собственных разработках и техниках, которые он применяет у себя в ресторане и готовит 2-3 авторских блюда.

Сцена оснащена большим экраном, на который транслируется все происходящее у выступающего шеф-повара на столе. Каждому участнику выдается оборудование для синхронного перевода. Все доклады иностранных спикеров переводятся на русский язык.

В соседнем зале Экспохолла будет проходить выставка ведущих поставщиков и производителей продуктов.

The modern conference center of the NSC Olimpiyskiy will host an international FONTEGRO UKRAINE Chef Congress. The two spacious halls, which will host a gastronomic stage equipped with large screens and a modern professional restaurant kitchen and an exhibition featuring the HoReCa market suppliers and manufacturers.
